Featuring San Diego Country-Rocker Sara Petite

Sara Petite is a gritty Pollyanna, with Minnie Pearl's wit, Bruce Springsteen's rock attitude, playing a style of country music mixing outlaw and classic twang. Raised in a Tulip farming town in Washington State, she now resides in San Diego. A gifted singer-songwriter who is as welcome in senior citizen centers as she is in biker bars, Sara finds inspiration in the likes of Brandy Clark, Patty Griffin, Lucinda Williams, and Tom Petty. She's the four-time winner of San Diego’s Best Country-Americana Band. Learn more at

Sara will be accompanied by guitarist Steve Peavey. The showcase also includes short sets by Donna Phillips, Tim Jackson, and guest host Craig Louis Dingman.
